HqO's New Flex Booking Experience

Overview

HqO is a Series C startup that built a workplace experience platform for commercial landlords and employers to attract and retain tenants and employees.

The HqO Workplace Experience App is a complete solution for reserving and managing flexible workplaces. For this vertical, the team and I had to rethink the existing resource booking experience and create a solution that accommodates all landlord and employer flex needs.

My Role

Design Lead — I led all UX/UI design for this mobile web experience. I worked closely with my Product Manager and Front & Back End Engineers — collaborating together to meet the end goal.

Impact

Drove $1.5M contracted ARR in the first 5 months and a 20% average QoQ increase in booking engagement with these enhancements.
