HqO's Two-Way Communication

 

Overview

HqO is an app to be used within an office environment. One of the many verticals is service requests, where users can request a service if there is a problem in the office, floor, suite and/or building. One of our clients wanted a way to not only submit requests but make it a two way communication experience where either the tenant or the admin can approve or decline the request and send messages asking for updates.

My Role

Design Lead — I took the lead on all UX/UI design for this mobile web experience. I worked closely with my Product Manager and Front & Back End Engineers — collaborating together to meet the end goal.
